FAQ/ SHIPPING:

Due To COVID-19, Shipping Windows Have Been Expanded Due To Delivery Delays. Please Be Patient Your Package Is Coming. :)

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once the order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. All orders are Processed 5 days a week, (Monday through Friday). Products are not Processed over the weekends (Saturday and Sunday), or on all major holidays. After a order, you will receive a order conformation, once the order is fulfilled and ready to ship you will then receive shipping tracking information.

To avoid delays, returned packages, and/ or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier and returned to sender.

RealUp.Culture in not responsible for the shipping cost associated with returned packages. Customer must pay the returned package shipping coast before RealUp.Culture can reship the order to the updated address.

If you choose to cancel or return the order, the returned package shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

FREE SHIPPING Promotions Are Only Available To The United States. Outside Areas Must Pay Full International Shipping Costs to Complete Their Transaction.
